Free Shipping – We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £100 throughout the UK.

4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Here's what to expect once your order is processed:

  • Processing Time: 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Transit Time: 4–9 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Total Delivery Time: 6–12 business days
  • Order Cutoff Time: 18:00 (6:00 PM GMT)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, extreme weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can monitor your order's progress through the carrier's tracking system.

6. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We do not ship to:

  • PO Box addresses
  • BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses
  • Certain remote Scottish islands and offshore locations may incur additional delivery time

Certain items may be subject to shipping restrictions depending on UK-specific regulations or carrier restrictions.

7. FAILED DELIVERY OR RETURNED PACKAGES

In the event of failed delivery attempts, incorrect address information, or undeliverable packages, orders may be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you if this occurs and arrange a reshipment. Please note that additional shipping costs may apply if the failed delivery was due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

8. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and find a solution as quickly as possible. Please retain all packaging materials if your item arrives damaged, as this may be required for a claim.

As we ship within the UK only, there are no customs duties or import taxes to pay on your order.
