What is the return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return costs.

When will I get my order?

How can I return an item?

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order.
Standard Shipping – £5 flat rate on all orders under £100
Free Shipping – We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £100 throughout the UK.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@eatonharper.com with:
– Your order number
– Clear photos of the damage
– A brief description of the problem
We will find a solution as quickly as possible.
