We recommend cleaning your footwear using a damp cloth to gently remove dirt and stains. Allow them to air dry naturally and avoid machine washing.
Can the footwear be worn in the rain?
While our materials are durable, we do not recommend wearing the footwear in heavy rain. Excessive moisture may affect the material and longevity of the product.
What is the return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return costs.
